Estrella del Mar Villas Marbella is a new development of 36 townhouses, with 3 and 4 bedrooms on two levels, ground and first floor, with private garden, covered porch/terrace, pergola and two private parking spaces.

The properties have spacious living rooms with open plan kitchens fully fitted and equipped with top of the range appliances; 2 or 3 bathrooms (master en-suite) and a guest toilet. In the Development:

Exterior joinery will be in lacquered aluminum, with thermal break for improved thermal insulation. The system includes motorized rollup aluminum slat blinds in bedrooms and will have double glazing with thermal attenuation for greater energy and acoustic efficiency for enhanced well-being.

The exterior façade terrace guardrails will be configured with aluminum profiles and transparent glazing, with translucent glazing between units.

INTERIOR DIVISIONS

The dry partition used in your new home is very useful because running installations through the

intermediate space between the partitions avoids the need to make grooves in walls and eliminates

acoustic bridging. This also gives an optimal exterior finish for application of smooth paint.

The interior divisions inside the home will make use of a dry partition system, composed of double laminated plasterboard anchored to the building structure by means of a load bearing system, incorporating thermal/acoustic insulation in all cases. In areas bordering wet rooms, the plasterboards will be moisture resistant.

Separations between homes will be resolved within the dry partition construction solution by means of double plasterboards and intermediate steel sheet, incorporating thermal insulation in both homes. In areas bordering wet rooms, the plasterboards will be moisture resistant.

COMMON AREAS

As you enter the ground floor lobbies and entrances to the buildings, you will find decoration with noble materials and decorative paint.
